POSITION SUMMARY The CNC Technical Specialist II is responsible for operating CNC machine centers to produce parts aiding in the construction of Teague Mockups and Prototypes. This role supervises day to day operations of mockup projects. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS • Setup and Operate CNC machine centers • Create and Edit programs for CNC machines • Create setup sheets and documentation for CNC programs • Design and produce work holding fixtures to achieve best overall result • Use manual mills and lathes • Provide project cost and work time estimates to project lead or project manager • Provide schedules and monitor work of support personnel • Work independently to solve technical issues and the ability to work well in a team environment • Provide technical assistance when problems are encountered • Follow good manufacturing practices KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITY • Self-motivated and disciplined, detail oriented, able to prioritize work • Experience with Haas and Flexicam preferred • Strong technical abilities and aptitude biased toward the understanding and use of computer applications, including Microsoft Suite products like Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within cross functional teams, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Professional presence with the ability to work with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, 25 pounds overhead • Ability to work on feet up to 8 hours a day EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • 5 years of experience with Mastercam X5 • 5+ years of experience with 3 Axis programming • Trade school or equivalent experience • Experience using manual mills and lathes EOE/AA/M/F/V/D Teague is an equal opportunity employer
